WARNING: We DO NOT recommend the use of a heat pack with this box size. The interior space of this box is very small, and the heat pack will be in very close proximity to the animal. If you are shipping in cold weather and have to use a heat pack, we strongly suggest using a 9" x 9" x 9" Box or larger.
