We offer flat-rate shipping on all USA orders.  We typically ship via UPS Ground International with Tracking Number.  If we MUST ship to a PO Box then your package must ship with Canada Post to the USA. This may increase shipping costs. If you require another option, please add it in the notes section prior to check out.  An extra fee may be required for
alternative shipping services.   

OVERWEIGHT OR OVERSIZED ITEMS

Some items we carry are oversized (over 48 inches) or overweight.  You will be notified when you add one of these items to your shopping cart.  Unfortunately, if an oversized or overweight item is added to your order, an additional fee will be added for these items.  Again, we will still offer the best shipping rate available. You will have an opportunity to accept or refuse the extra charge before your items ship.  If you choose to decline the extra shipping charge, you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund. 

REMOTE LOCATIONS

Some areas of USA are considered Remote Locations.  We are not able to ship flat-rate to these Remote Locations.  If your region falls into a remote location, you will be notified of extra shipping charges and offered the option to cancel your order or pay the additional fee. 

LIVE ANIMAL SHIPMENTS

There is NO FREE SHIPPING on live animal shipments.  Live animal shipments require additional services (overnight
first AM service or border inspection fees) that prohibit us from offering free shipping.  A flat shipping rate of $75 USD will be charged at check out for all live shipments to the USA.  Outside of these regions you will be notified of shipping costs.
